Shipping Policy

New Zealand Wide Orders

MNR Consultants New Zealand Limited uses NZ Post for all nationwide shipping including Rural. When we receive an order we will validate the order and delivery is generally door to door by courier unless otherwise discussed.

Delivery of MNR Consultants New Zealand Limited products are generally 6-7 days of us confirming receipt of the order, and in discussion with the customer in regards to their specific needs. This excludes weekends and public holidays. This is an estimate only and may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as weather etc.

MNR Consultants New Zealand Limited can and do accept pickup of Orders by appointment. This option can be decided upon and discussed at the time the order being received.

Any products damaged in transit MNR Consultants New Zealand Limited is to be notified immediately on receipt of the product to MNR Consultants New Zealand Limited either by phone or by email and best options to rectify will be discussed with the customer at the time. This may be the return of the product and replacement issued or if possible a piece can be shipped. i.e. such as a drink or scarve.

We will not otherwise be liable to you for any damages, costs or expenses of any kind, suffered or incurred by you due to the order not being fulfilled or the products not being delivered within the anticipated delivery time.

International Order

MNR Consultants New Zealand Limited can accept an overseas order, currently for delivery in New Zealand only, due to Covid19 restrictions.
